At Kind Patches, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is neatly folded.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
